I'm an equity-centered leader passionate about helping organizations design and implement effective solutions that drive meaningful change. With a background in education, I've spent my career partnering with districts, state agencies, and nonprofits to build scalable initiatives and improve outcomes for the communities they serve.

I help organizations design equitable learning systems that honor human experience. My work sits at the intersection of trauma-informed practice, inclusive instruction, educator wellbeing, and AI-enabled workflow design. As a daughter of Vietnamese refugees, I believe storytelling is activism and I use that lens to build systems where all professionals can thrive and all learners can progress with dignity.
